๐ What is โStudent Council Office Serviceโ?
The Student Council Office offers support such as lending daily welfare items and on-the-spot assistance.
๐ Offering Hours
Weekdays 10:00 AM โ 5:00 PM
(Closed on weekends and holidays. If the office cannot operate on certain days, prior notice will be given, e.g., during exam periods)

โข Lending daily welfare items
โข Lending keys for library lockers & meeting rooms
โข Handling student inquiries directly
๐โโ๏ธ Student Welfare Item Lending Service
๐ Items Available for Lending
โข Reusable items: Umbrellas, keyboard covers, phone chargers (8-pin / C-type), portable chargers
โข Disposable items: Sanitary pads, masks, disposable heating pads, first-aid ointment, hair bands, etc.
๐โโ๏ธ Precaution
๐ Lending Record Sheets
To manage inventory and track usage, personal information is collected when borrowing items.
โข Reusable items: record via Google Form
*Scan the QR code, fill out the Google Form, and submit a deposit.
โข Disposable items: record in a printed logbook
๐โโ๏ธ Precaution for Reusable Items
๐ Rental Period: Items must be returned within 3 days, including the date of lending.
๐ Deposit: 3,000 KRW (refunded upon return of the item)
โ ๏ธ The deposit will not be refunded if the item is not returned on time.
